Make your own calendar 2011
Using a calendar is a great way to keep your new years resolutions. Get a 2011 calendar and pin it up on a notice board or on your fridge, somewhere that you will see it every day.
By using a calendar, you can record a series of milestones towards your new years resolution and you can regularly check on these milestones to see if you are on track.
Want to stop smoking?
Set milestones to reduce your number of cigarettes smoked per week.
Want to get out of debt?
Set milestones to pay off a certain amount per month.
Want to get fit?
Set milestones to go to the gym a certain number of times per month / to run further each time you go on the treadmill / to run a set distance but in a quicker time each week etc.
A calendar will give you a constant reminder of your resolution and setting milestones will help you to stay focused and determined, helping to prevent you from breaking your new years resolutions.
A normal 2010 calendar would be fine, but why not try and make your own calendar for 2011? There are plenty of reources on the internet where you can make your own 2011 calendars. Making your own calendar for 2011 will make it much more personal to you, again helping you to keep your new years resolution.
